Ridiculous Arizona Marijuana DUI Laws

Here is a story i just found on the interwebs.

A man in Arizona in 2010 was stopped while driving.  After being drug tested by officers, the man was cited for a DUI- but he wasn't intoxicated.  The story linked below tells more, but the information you need to know  is that there are two distinctive chemicals that indicate the use of marijuana.  One of them indicates the intoxication which only lasts for a few hours.  After that, the second chemical stays in your system for up to four weeks, even when you are not intoxicated.  The Arizona Court of Appeals recently ruled that even if a person possesses the second chemical that indicates they are not intoxicated but used marijuana, they can be cited and processed for a DUI- even if you have a medicinal marijuana card.

Sounds a bit ridiculous, right?

...That's Arizona law for you.
