After an accident involving a drunk driver hitting a pedicab on the day of the Fiesta Bowl, the city of Scottsdale held a meeting to consider changing pedicab laws to keep the people riding them safer. Part of the change in laws would require these pedicabs to carry a million dollar insurance policy.
