Today is Hippie Dom's last day at KDKB and it's very bittersweet. I'm happy for him because it's always great to see your friends be able to chase their dreams and succeed, but at the same time it sucks because you have to let them go do it. I know we'll see big things from Dom as he ventures off to la la land to make his mark. We might see his name in lights, we might see him on the silver screen, maybe if all else fails we'll see him doing Johnny Depp impersonations on the boulevard. Hippie was a good producer and a good friend and deserves a proper send off. So here is what's going down today:
-We're giving out our last pairs of NASCAR tix and Great AZ Beer Fest tix for this weekend.
-We'll be giving away Hippie memorabilia throughout the entire show on a first come first served basis.
-We'll be playing clips of my favorite Hippie moments during his time at KDKB.
-Comedians Rich Vos, Ben Roy & Howard Hughes will be joining us today to roast hippie.
(They're also playing Standup Scottsdale all weekend long & we'll have tickets to their shows)
-Plus we have some special surprises for him along the way as well.

While this can of soup may be 7 years old (yes, that has been on his desk since his first day at KDKB), Hippie does send out a great message: wash your hands before you eat. Why did we not have a PSA for this?!
Rich Voss now in studio. We have tissues ready for Hippie.
