While promoting his new water brand AQUAhydrate on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," hip-hop artist Sean "Diddy" Combs confessed that as a child, he used to have trouble controlling his bladder at night.
"OK, I guess I'm confessing that I used to be a bed wetter," the Bad Boy Records founder, 43, admitted.
Combs blamed his troubles on binge-drinking sugary liquids.
"I grew up as a Kool-Aid kid," Combs said. "I used to pour a half of pound of sugar into the Kool-Aid…and there is something about sugar that makes you wet the bed."
"So I went on this quest to stop wetting the bed and the first day I had a sleepover and I didn't wet the bed it was like one of the greatest days of my life. It gave me the swagger that I have today."
The moral of this story, Combs, said, is to steer clear of too many syrupy beverages.
I don’t see the problem, or the big deal. I was a bed wetter, and so were most of you when you were younger. However, it is an embarrassing situation when your mom sees you have yellow sheets, and they were white the day before. Anyone remember their methods of trying to hide their bed wetting dilemma?
