In November and earlier this month, I had the honor of being a judge again for the Proof’s in the Pudding talent search for Alice Cooper’s Christmas Pudding. Every year, Alice searches for the best local talent under the age of 25 to win a coveted spot on stage during Christmas Pudding. This was probably the toughest to judge of all the years I’ve been part of the process! We have some amazing young talent in this town! Congrats to all the bands and soloists that competed and to the winners: Suite 88 and Jared Kolsar won the band category and Julianne Forte took the soloist spot. I can’t even begin to think what next year will bring!
Don’t forget that the 11th Annual Christmas Pudding is this Saturday at Comerica Theater.
