It was gonna be the greatest comeback in Cards history. He was wide open in the end zone. The pass was right in his hands. And he tripped over his own feet.
Not only did Early dash our hopes for a playoff birth, but for the rest of his life, he'll be remembered as the guy who tripped over a blade of grass during the biggest play of the season.
