Rocker Ozzy Osbourne is being sued for $80,000 after mistakenly throwing a bottle of water at a baby.
Several years ago, the Black Sabbath star was performing a show in Phoenix as part of his annual Ozzfest tour when he spied a woman in the audience holding a one-year-old child.
The sympathetic singer tried dropping a bottle of water to the woman to help her stay cool in the blistering heat - but the container struck her baby and now, she has filed a lawsuit against the star.
Osbourne's former guitarist Zakk Wylde tells music website Noisecreep.com, "I remember an Ozzfest show in Phoenix. Some bonehead lady has like a one-year-old there. Leave the f***ing kid home - or I'll take care of the baby backstage! Just get out of the heat, you idiot!
"Oz sees her and feels bad for the kid because Oz is a good guy. He tosses a bottle of water down. It hits the kid. Bam - $80,000 lawsuit."

DianeangelProvost - Children should not be at concerts... there should be an age limit.... Children should not be subjected to loud music, the drinking around them, & smoking & bad language. If parents want to go to concerts then leave your children at home with a babysitter.
I go to concerts to enjoy the music only & dancing the night away, I love going to concerts & I love music... tho even days afterwards, my ears are sensitive to the loud music, can you imagine what it does for a child. I did not start going to concerts till I was 18 oh so many many years ago, lol, & it is my choice... & to this day I love going to concerts listening to AWESOME BANDS & MUSIC.....
OZZY in his own way has a kind heart, he was only trying to help & had concern for the child. It's the parents fault for bringing the child to the concert in the first place.
93.3 KDKB EVERYTHING THAT ROCKS...
PEACE:)
