If you've listened over the years, you know I'm a HUGE Thin Lizzy fan. Lizzy were the band that *really* brought the twin-guitar harmony to Hard Rock. I attribute it to their Celtic roots. There's something inherently Irish about that sound. Even when Maiden do it, it reminds me of Ireland, or Scotland, or Wales. You know what I mean. Now, more often than not, people like to name-drop Lizzy, with very little actual knowledge of anything other than Jailbreak, or The Boys Are Back In Town. So, in the interest of education, and to blatantly drop in one of my favorite bands, enjoy today's Second Helping!
