I LOVE Alice In Chains! I think they're *by far* the best of that whole 90's anti-hair band movement. Notice I don't say "grunge?" You know why? Because Alice In Chains used to be Alice n' Chains. Yeah!!! Like Guns n' Roses. They were actually a combo sleaze-hair band before everyone went flannel. Perhaps that's why I love them. Or...may it's just because they write the best songs of that lot. AIC can do it all. And although I love the new stuff, there's something about the first time I heard "Facelift." Especially the tunes most people didn't jump on when it first came out.
