Bad news for 49er fans. You got the royal screwjob. I'm not talking about the 4th Down non-P.I. call in the End Zone. I'm talking about the horrendous missed holding call on Jacoby Jones' 108-yard Kick Return "Touchdown." Interestingly, nobody seems to be talking about it. I mean, it's only the "touchdown" that sealed the game for Baltimore. The refs make the call on this play, and there's no TD. Changes the entire outcome of the game. And this wasn't a judgement call. It was a blatant 2-guys holding one guy for almost 15 yards. Ridiculous that it was missed.
Here're some still photos of the non-flag play. But, they just don't do it justice.

Now...watch the video. They grab him at about the 25-yard line and ride him for at least 15 yards. How the refs missed this one is beyond silly. And the end-result? A team may have won the Superbowl based on a missed call by the officials. That "touchdown" was the difference. Horrendous. Tainted. Bad for football.
Congratulations Baltimore. Hope you sleep well at night.

JodyWalker - Neanderpaul,
According to you rB.S. excuse you texted me about qa tainted title. I say horse hockey. There is no such thing as a clean nontainted title. There are missed calls in every game some worse or better than others. It just shows us that you were rooting for the 49ers. otherwise you probably would not have made that stupid comment. I know in all likelyhhod that when watching any game that had a favorable outcome, at least by your vote, there was not any missed calls so quit complaining and get the cat out of your pants
NeanderPaul - I have no idea what you're talking about. I didn't root for either team. in fact, I hate the 49ers. I just want to see a legitimate game. This missed call tarnishes the victory. Nothing anyone says can change that. Baltimore got a gift. One that gave them a big trophy that nobody can take away from them. If they're cool winning a Superbowl on a blown call, and they can live with it, more power to them. Still should've been called back on the penalty. Everyone can see it. Not good for the NFL. That's for sure. Thanks for listening! -NP
MzJayda - Thank you very much. I will sleep fantastic tonight......wearing my Superbowl Champions t-shirt! Go Ravens!!!!
PissedOffFAN - Thank you for pointing this out! This was complete BS, I CANNOT believe that they didn't talk about this on one of the 50 replays they showed of it after the lights went out. Then the next day even NFL network or ESPN fails to bring it up, almost as if they're scared to do so for fear of making the game look rigged They even broke down the freaking play during the 34 minute delay while the lights were out and showed that as a key block that led to the touchdown. I was livid and the announcers were all biased towards thte Ravens, all of them.

Both Pereira and Daopoulos are in agreement that the Ravens Carey Williams should have been ejected for shoving head linesman Steve Stelljes
“No matter if it’s a pre-season game or the Super Bowl, if (a player) contact(s) an official, you must eject that player.”
