Evidence Of The Secret Mission!!!
What can I say? I got a chance to see my all-time favorite band. In a tiny room. With only 200 people. It was in essence a club gig. Van Halen took over Henson Studios in LA for a secret show. We weren't allowed to tell anyone why we were there, or what was going on. We just showed up and hung out. read more ≫

So...the war of words between Nikki Sixx & Sully apparently continues. I always laugh at people who like to poke fun at Sully's height. As if he doesn't know he's short. However, I guess Nikki doesn't feel like his band is getting enough attention for their residency in Vegas. read more ≫

Ok...so here's the thing...Whitesnake are an awesome band. They got caught up in the "image" thing in the mid-80's. And honestly, they are absolutely to blame for being labeled a "hair band." In fact...I think it's actually damaged their legacy overall. The older stuff with Mel Galley is great. read more ≫

4:20 Hairball CHICK BAND ALERT!!!!!!!!!!!!
Another band that came near "the end" of the scene. No guy would *ever* admit to liking this band. And yet we went to the shows. Why? Because this..is a CHICK BAND!!! If you were there, you know. There were hot girls at Trixter shows. And of course, they couldn't *all* hook up with the band. read more ≫
Some "Pure Massacre" for your Zia Records "Second Helping"
This whole CD was awesome. Most people have forgotten this band. The only thing they seem to want to remember is "Tomorrow." But....there are a bunch of great songs on "Frogstomp." My favorite is the opener; "Israel's Son." This one got *some* airplay back in the day. You may remember it. read more ≫
