Neanderpicks - Week V!

Look…you knew they weren’t going to go 16-0. It kinda sucks that they lost to STL…What’s more concerning is how much Kolb got hit. That OL played disgustingly. Keep that up and you’re looking at 4-12. The Cards won’t win any games against *really* good teams with that kind of protection…or lack thereof.

Look at the bright side…at least you’re not a Raiders fan. Oakland has the bye this week.

…I’m taking the bye *and* the points.

Eagles at Steelers – Despite what you saw against the Giants, the Iggles are ­not good.

Packers at Colts – I like Luck. But, GB are simply better top-to-bottom. And, Rodgers is warming up.

Browns at Giants – Cleveland sucks. Any questions?

Falcons at Redskins – This should be a neat game. RGIII is facing possibly the best team in the NFC, and hasn’t been overwhelming at home so far. Atlanta isn’t a particularly fast defense. And…if they really *are* potentially the best in the NFC, they have to win games like this on the road. I’m staying with ATL…even on the road.

Dolphins at Bengals – The Bungles keep surprising me. At home. Against a rookie QB, who’s prone to coughing up the game at the end…Take Cincy.

Ravens at Chiefs  - KC is too talented at the skill positions to be this bad. That QB is terrible, and Crennel is losing support. Clark Hunt should sell to someone who knows football. Here’s how to fix the Chiefs and keep fans support…Marty. Make him GM, and Director of Football Ops. He’ll hire his son Brian, who’s a great offensive mind, and bring in Jack Del Rio to coach the Defense.

Seahawks at Panthers – Not fast enough to stop Cam at home.

Bears at Jaguars – Jacksonville sucks. Any questions?

Broncos at Patriots  - The Patriots were lucky they faced an inept Buffalo. Denver will not surrender a lead. If the Pats get behind early, it’s over early. Manning has this team humming moreso than NE right now.

Bills at 49ers  - SF is too good. Buffalo needs a slump-buster team to face after last week’s collapse. The Niners aren’t that.

Titans at Vikings – Minny @ home. That is all.

Chargers at Saints  - Boy…I never thought I’d see this team crumble like this. That Defense is embarrassing. Payton gets to watch his team get crushed in their own house.

Texans at Jets  - Say it with me “Teeeeeeeee bow!....Teeeeeee BOW!”  Rex…you’re looking at a career-defining mid-season. Sanchez is Tony Romo in the AFC. You *want* him to be a leader and elite. He’s not. Tebow’s not a great QB. Tebow’s a great leader. People want to play for him. He’s infectious, and the Jets *will* rally around him. Put him in. You’re still going to lose no matter who the QB is. But, if it’s Tebow, it’ll make life easier for Sanchez. Every week you wait, kills Sanchez’ future in NY.

There ya go! We’ll see how it turns out. Either way, football has been awesome this season so far.
