NEANDERPICKS - WEEK IX

Hard to believe we’re already into November. One of the tell-tale signs, is when you pop on a game featuring a team from the upper Midwest, or East coast and you can *see* the cold in the air.

Thankfully, we all have a laugh and step out at half-time to dip our toe in the pool to see if it’s too cold (almost!).

Then, we thank the football gawds that we’re in Arizona, and laugh at those people in heavy coats already!

Here’s week Niiiiiner!

Cardinals at Packers – I told ya last week. The Cards are due to lose three in a row. In addition to the 3 in a row they’d just lost. This is week 2. Confused? Don’t be. Just know the Pack’s gonna slap ‘em around this week, and then they get to look forward to ATL…YAAAAY!

Lions at Jaguars – J’ville is almost as bad as KC. Almost.

Bears at Titans – Matt Hasselbeck > Jay Cutler. And Tennessee is at home.

Broncos at Bengals – Not because of Peyton. Because that Denver Defense, is insane.

Panthers at Redskins – Carolina is a mess. This will be the battle of Cam Newton vs. “This year’s Cam Newton. Until Washington wins. Then, Cam is eclipsed by RGIII, and pouts like a bitch.

Ravens at Browns – Although this might be an upset. Baltimore may look past the Browns, who’re all auditioning for their jobs next year.

Dolphins at Colts – Just better overall right now. Although Andrew Luck might have one of those games.

Bills at Texans – Big.

Vikings at Seahawks – I don’t really believe in either team here. Although Seattle’s at home. This actually might be the most entertaining game of the week.

Buccaneers at Raiders  - Oakland’s defense has really improved. My concern is that DMC has sucked against real defenses. You can’t call last week’s game a real measure. And the only other 100+ rushing game he had, was due to one big run. This is all on Carson Palmer. I believe.

Steelers at Giants – This is the time of the year when The Giants turn it on. Although with what’s been going on in NYC this week…perhaps a letdown? Nah.

Cowboys at Falcons –Jason Garrett goes soon after. Jerry Jones makes a pitch to John Gruden, or Bill Cowher. Both of them want to come back.

Eagles at  Saints – Until Philly gets their turnover issues solved, they will lose. I think NOLA has the hitters to keep the ball popping out.

There’re my picks! Good Luck with yours & thanks for listening!
