I know they’re late this week. Holidays and all, I forgot to do them. Now, you know I’m honest when it comes to the picks. I lost the Dallas game on Thursday. Thought they’d be able to win at home. So, after a great week last week, I’m going in to this weekend 2-1. Let’s see how the rest plays out:
Titans at Jaguars: Jacksonville remains a mess.
Bills at Colts: Luck is better than RGIII. A more complete player, on a worse team. Imagine what could happen if Indy had decent skill players? Buffalo…is still Buffalo. They rarely get hammered for being as bad as they’ve been for as long as they’ve been bad.
Steelers at Browns: The first of a few upsets this week. Cleveland sucks. But, Pittsburgh is banged up. This is one of those wins that give Browns fans, false hope for the future. They win one of these every year.
Raiders at Bengals: I see nothing the Raiders are doing to make me believe they can win this game. Sure, “Chick Knee” is playing some of the best football of his career. But, when Carson Palmer is the best player on your team, you know you’re not good.
Broncos at Chiefs: Wanna feel good about your team? Watch the Chiefs. How Pioli & Crennel have jobs…and more ridiculous why that fan base continues to put $$$ into Clark Hunt’s pockets, is a mystery.
Seahawks at Dolphins: I actually believe Miami’s going to win. But, every time I pick against Seattle, their defense crushes my pick. I think Pete Carroll has heard some of the unkind things I’ve said about him as a coach, and is taking it personally. So, he wants to destroy me.
Falcons at Buccaneers: Another upset special. ATL is due to drop another game. This seems to be the week.
Vikings at Bears: That Chicago OL is truly atrocious.
Ravens at Chargers: And Norv is fired Tuesday. Merry Christmas “Buckshot Face”
Rams at Cardinals: See Bears OL comments.
49ers at Saints: Possibly the most complete team in the NFL right now. Kaepernick is a beast and Alex Smith should be thinking “trade.” I hear Arizona’s nice.
Packers at Giants: The Pack grows stronger. And the Giants might be ripe.
Panthers at Eagles: The Iggles have mailed it in. Andy Reid is the NFC East version of Art Shell. Just standing there, waiting to get picked off. It’s over. PS…if Michael Vick has his career ended, I will have already had a Christmas wish granted.
