Aight, so I finally saw MIB 3, which stands for MEN IN BLACK (duh) but IMHO it should stand for MOVIE IS BORING!!! Yeah, pretty disappointed with it, especially in 3D--was NOT worth it. Gotta say that Josh Brolin does a pretty damn good impersonation of a young Agent K (Tommy Lee Jones), but overall...BLEH!!!!
In a previous blog I told you about a killer show at 910 LIVE with AGE OF EVIL, SECTAS, RAZER, and THE TOMMY GIBBONS PROJECT...remember? Well, I hope you were there this past Sat., cuz it kicked ass. AND, that night I went over to THE MARQUEE to catch a bit of (SIC)MONIC, and let me tell you, in addition to their originals, they blew me away with their version of THE DEVIL WENT DOWN TO GEORGIA, all nice and heavy. YEAH, no bs, they rocked that ish!!!! Great musicians, you should check them out and ALWAYS SUPPORT LIVE MUSIC!!!!
