This position requires a minimum of three years of radio experience for the on-air DJ position, or a minimum of 1 year experience for the Board-Op position. ASSISTANT PROMOTION DIRECTOR:
100.7 KSLX is looking for an Assistant Promotion Director to start immediately. This unique individual should have at least 2 years of radio promotional experience.
Qualifications are:
· Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
· Proficient in Photoshop
· Familiar with social networking websites
· Strong organization skills
· Strong leadership skills
· Attention to detail
Duties include:
· Compiling promotional proposals
· Maintaining vehicles and equipment
· Event planning and execution.
· Promotional recaps
· Writing promotional announcements
· Updating KSLX.com and KSLX social networking sites
· Updating promotional calendars
· Tracking promotional paperwork
· Other duties as assigned

PROMOTIONS ASSISTANTS- PT:
100.7 KSLX is looking for motivated men and women for part time Promotions Assistants. As part of our Street Team you will be on-site at all station events, such as, but not limited to, concerts, van stops, remote broadcasts, festivals and sporting events. You must be at least 18 with your own transportation and a clean driving record. The ability to work during the week is a MUST and weekend availability is a plus. Candidates must be upbeat and dependable – you will be representing the station to the public. Prior radio, event or promotional experience is desired.
