A $10 discount for neuter and spay surgeries offered by the Arizona Humane Society is under way in the Valley.
For those attending the clinic, the Humane Society requires that all dogs and cats be on a leash or in carriers. All pets must fast for 12 hours before surgery.
Pets must be 2 months to 5 years old and weigh 2 1/2 to 95 pounds.
