Stones Film - Crossfire Hurricane

Damn! The Stones have been rocking for 50 years! If there's a bet on how long Keith Richards is going to live, then I'm saying 143 years. His goal is to outlive Justin Bieber and all the new pop stars from American Idol.

All the wheel-chair and walker comments aside, there is a new film by the Rolling Stones called Crossfire Hurricane. It has nothing to do with Hurricane Isaac, but I hear the movie showcases riots and the chaos of early Stones tours.

You can expect never-before-seen footage and fresh insights from the band themselves. I've been told the film will delight, shock and amaze longtime devotees, as well as another generation of fans.

When can you see it? Crossfire Hurricane will release in selected British cinemas in October. So book your flight and hotel today! And enjoy your visit to the good 'ol UK.

Now, if your finances are like mine, 'slim to none' or you're just a frugal bastard, then save your hard earned cash and get a subscription to HBO. Hurricane Crossfire premieres on HBO on November 15th.

If you can’t afford cable then head to one of those swanky motels on Van Buren. Someone here at KDKB; who will remain anonymous, said they are fairly inexpensive. Word of advice from that anonymous individual, only go to the ones that have the “Free HBO” sign in-front of the building. That HBO sign missing the letter "B" in the back alley is something entirely different.
