Drummer Matt Cameron shot down rumors that Soundgarden and Pearl Jam could tour together next year. In an interview he said, “When I was in my twenties, I used to play in a bunch of different bands at once. It’s just part of the job of being a drummer: sometimes you’ve got to do a little juggling."
“I think when Pearl Jam did the PJ20 show, Chris Cornell came to that and we played some Temple of the Dog stuff, and it was awesome. Maybe there might be a one-off where that could happen, but I’m not twenty-five anymore.”
