As we enjoy this long weekend, let's make sure we *all* take a moment to remember the fallen.

This weekend is packaged as the beginning of Summer. For the families of those who've paid the ultimate price, it is not a joyous event. It is a time to remember...to remember true heroes.
It is their sacrifice, that allows for our way of life. They stood strong and gave, so that others may enjoy freedom.
It's not a weekend to capitalize on those things that divide our nation. It is a weekend to recognize that we are *all* Americans. Regardless of our political, religious, or moral differences, the one thing we *must* all agree upon, is that it is upon their shoulders that we stand. It is due to their efforts that we live in the greatest country on earth.
Enjoy your barbeque, or party, or game, or whatever it is that you choose to do during this long weekend.
But, please take a moment to remember why you have the day off on Monday. If you know a Vet, they've probably lost a brother/sister. Take a moment to express your sympathy. If there is a family in your neighborhood who's lost a loved one in service, please let them know their loss is not for nothing.
Enjoy Your Holiday & Thank You...To every Mother, Father, Sister, Brother, Spouse, Child, Family Member, or Friend of a Fallen Hero.
